| Description: |
The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the replacement of the fuel system at it's Lake Street Service Centre, as further described in the RFT documents. Scope of work is divided into two separate phases, which will be awarded to one bidder under two separate CCDC 2 contracts:
Phase 1 – Tank Removal and Soil Remediation a. Removal of disposal of existing re-fueling station, including tanks, dispensers, pumps, lighting, underground plumbing and all associated electrical devices and wiring. b. Scoped soil remediation. c. Relocation and restoration of existing disturbed underground services. d. Supply and installation of engineered fill.
Phase 2 – Fuel System Installation a. Supply and installation of new tanks, pumps, dispensers, fuel monitoring equipment and lighting. b. Final grading and asphalt.
There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid site meeting at 383 Lake Street on Monday, June 28 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
