In accordance with the requirements of the COMPREHENSIVE ECONOMIC AND TRADE AGREEMENT (CETA) and the CANADIAN FREE TRADE AGREEMENT (CFTA), this posting serves as public notification that for the duration of the calendar year 2026, the City of St. Catharines intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by the following cooperative buying group(s):

• Canoe Procurement Group of Canada
• Kinetic GPO
• Niagara Public Purchasing Committee (NPPC)
• Ontario Education Collaborative Marketplace (OECM)
• Supply Ontario
• Other Shared Services Organizations (SSO), Cooperative Procurement Organizations (CPO), or Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), as per the City’s Procurement Policy.
