In order to bid on any City of St. Catharines Bid Opportunity, potential Bidders must create a Bidding System Vendor account and select commodity codes for goods and services.  The Bidding System will notify the Vendor by email of Bid Opportunities matching their commodity code selection(s).

Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their Bidding System Vendor Account information is kept current.

Questions for open Bid Opportunities are to be submitted through the Bidding System ONLY by clicking on the “Submit a Question” button for the specific bid opportunity.
