REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SUPPLY OF BANKING SERVICES RFP # 16-09 Sealed proposals properly marked as to contents according to the directions defined in the Request for Proposal will be received by the City Clerk, (or his/her representative) until 2:00:00 p.m., Local Time, as determined by the clock located in the location receiving bids by THURSDAY MAY 12, 2016. The City of St. Catharines is soliciting Proposals for Banking Services from Proponents who have qualifications and experience to provide a full range of services as per the scope of work detailed in request for Proposal. The Request for Proposal may be obtained from the City of St. Catharines website www.stcatharines.ca under Bids and Tenders. Proposals must be submitted in the format defined in the Request for Proposal, with the use of the appropriate forms. Interested Proponents are encouraged to review the Proposal document, and submit any questions in writing no later than Thursday April 28, 2016 by 2:00 pm in writing, via e-mail to jkelly@stcatharines.ca Submission of a proposal will be considered an agreement by the bidder to enter into a contract for the services defined in the Request for Proposal. Proposals will be opened administratively shortly after closing, and a list of Proponents will be identified on the City’s Bids and Tenders site. A public opening will not be held.
