The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the replacement of Third Avenue Louth Bridge over Fifteen Mile Creek with a new single-span steel girder bridge supported on integral concrete abutments founded on steel H-piles.
