This Tender is for the supply of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the reconstruction of Lorne Street between Queenston Street and Eastchester Avenue including:
• the replacement of approximately 530m of sanitary sewer, including replacement of sanitary laterals,
• the construction of approximately 460m of storm sewer, including the replacement of existing catchbasins,
• the replacement of approximately 545m of watermain, including replacement of service connections and the installation of new hydrants,
• the construction of approximately 1110m of concrete curb,
• the replacement of approximately 1950m2 of concrete sidewalk,
• reconstruction and paving the entire road width within the limits of construction, and
• restoration of disturbed driveways/boulevards
