Description:  The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for the performance of work required to construct a new washroom facility at Sunset Beach, as described in the RFT.  The work will include:

Construction of a single storey, unheated structure including:

(a)  Men’s and Women’s change and washrooms separated by a breezeway.

(b)  A cast-in-place concrete foundation supporting 8” block walls and 8” block partitions. 

(c)  A roof consisting of wood purlins supporting a T&G deck covered with standing seam pre-finished metal roofing.

Demolition of a small washroom building.

A concrete ramp crossing the sand dunes.

Removal of some trees.


A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 1 Lombardy Place on Monday, July 27th at 10:00 am.
