Description: 

The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting prospective proponents to submit detailed and comprehensive proposals from qualified and capable Design-Build teams to provide full and complete design and all labour, materials and performance of all work necessary to construct:

  • Approximately 3660m, of a 3m wide multi-use trail, including off-Site reuse and disposal of surplus excavated soils/materials.
  • Supply and installation of trail furnishings; Benches, Waste Receptacles, Bike Rack c/w concrete pads on a gravel base, as per City Standards.
  • Roadway entrance gates, as per City Standards.
  • Assessable curb ramp improvements and sidewalk improvements.
  • Minor drainage improvements.
