Description: 

Scope of work for this Contract consists of the following major activities. The demolition of the existing Fire Station, construction of the new administrative building and construction of new parking areas, including new sanitary and storm sewer, water, hydro and gas services.

Specifications and drawings may be downloaded free of charge from the City of St. Catharines https://stcatharines.bidsandtenders.ca, however in order to be eligible to submit a bid, bidders must register, and purchase the Bid Forms from the City of St Catharines.  The Bid Forms may be picked up at the City of St. Catharines, Ontario, on Wednesday January 10th, 2018, upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $36.40 (includes H.S.T.). 

A mandatory pre-bid visit and meeting for Bidders will be held at the site location at 431 Queenston Street, St. Catharines, Ontario on Tuesday January 16th, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
