The City of St. Catharines is inviting respondents to submit potential solutions to possibly provide an AI solution that significantly improves customer service interactions for the City.

This includes a versatile AI chatbot available around the clock, customizable to meet specific service needs and capable of integrating seamlessly with existing City services and communication channels.

The focus is on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of citizen engagement, ensuring accessibility, and providing a more responsive and adaptable customer service experience.
