The City of St. Catharines is inviting Licensed Architects or Professional Engineers, registered in the Province of Ontario, to submit proposals as the Prime Consultant for Project P18-177 Morningstar Mill Dam Reconstruction & Grist Mill Upgrades - Design and Contract Administration as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The City will only consider applications received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFP directly from City’s public purchasing portal.
