Description: 

The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for Bill Burgoyne Arena - Cladding, HVAC & Foundation Repairs.  Scope of work includes:

  1. Installation of new Exterior Insulation and Finishing System (EIFS).
  2. Replacement of lighting in change rooms, corridor and lobby area.
  3. Replacement of roof top HVAC unit for Kiwanis Hockey office area.
  4. Installation of heat pumps for change rooms.
  5. Repair foundation around the Garden City Minor Hockey office section.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 129 Linwell Road on Tuesday, April 18th, 2023, at 9:00 AM ET SHARP

This notice is to advise Respondents on the City’s decision to cancel RFT P22 - 139 – Bill Burgoyne Arena -Cladding, Lighting, HVAC & Foundation Repairs.
The City has elected to cancel this Bid in accordance with Section 3.6.1 Reserved Rights of the City. The City intends to re-issue this project at a date to be determined. When the new tender is issued, your company will be notified by e-mail.
To access information regarding this solicitation in the future, bidders will need to select “Canceled” in the status field on the City’s website (www.stcatharines.bidsandtenders.ca).
