Scope of work includes the demolition and disposal of the existing pools, wading pools, site components, pool office/washroom/changerooms and all associated HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and FF&E. All associated services shall be removed or cut and capped as per the specifications and drawings. Excavations shall be filled, graded and made ready for new grass seed. In order to be eligible to submit a bid, bidders MUST PURCHASE specifications and tender forms from the Transportation and Environmental Services Department, City Hall, 50 Church Street, St. Catharines, Ontario, on payment of a non-refundable fee of $75.00 including H.S.T., and will be available for pickup after 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 30, 2016. There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid site meeting on Thursday, September 8th at the following sites:
