| Description: | The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines (the City) is inviting “Expressions of Interest” from artists or creative teams interested in developing a proposal for an original work of public art on or along the Carlisle Street side of the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre. Through this Expression of Interest (EOI) the City will identify up to six (6) artists or creative teams who will then receive a Request for Proposal (Design RFP) to produce a detailed design concept. |
