The City of St. Catharines is inviting general contractors, demolition sub-contractors and structural steel erector sub-contractors to submit their qualifications to participate in an upcoming procurement process for Project P17-152 Fire Training Tower.

The upcoming construction project includes the following scope of work:

  1. Demolition of the existing fire training tower.
    1. Forming and pouring of the concrete base and anchor bolts.
    2. Erect pre-engineered steel tower structure.
    3. Pour concrete floor topping.
    4. Install training accessories, fire rated panels and electrical.
    5. Construction of new washrooms in existing Storage building.
    6. Final grading and asphalt.
