This Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines (“City”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide Neil Peart Memorial RFPQ 20-52 as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The City will only consider applications received from respondents who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFPQ directly from City’s public purchasing portal.
