The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting “Expressions of Interest” to assist in identifying suitable candidates to submit formal proposals for the Welland Canal Fallen Workers Memorial project. This Request for Expression of Interest is designed to shortlist 3 to 5 artists/design teams, who will then be provided with a Request for Proposal (Design RFP) and a stipend to produce a detailed design. The scope of work will also be available in French upon request.
