Scope of work includes the removal of the existing roof membrane, insulation, balast and associated components and the installation of a new roofing system, together with associated mechanical and electrical work. Specifications and tender forms may be obtained from the Transportation and Environmental Services Department, City Hall, 50 Church Street, St. Catharines, Ontario, on payment of a non-refundable fee of $35.00 including H.S.T., and will be available for pickup after 12:00p.m. on Tuesday March 15, 2016. There will be a mandatory pre-bid site meeting on Thursday, March 17 at 10:00 am at the site, 1932 Welland Canals Parkway, St. Catharines. Submission of a bid will be considered an agreement by the bidder to execute the Canadian Standard Construction Document for a Stipulated Price Contract, CCDC2-2008. |
