The City of St. Catharines is inviting general contractors and specified sub-contractors to submit their qualifications to participate in an upcoming procurement process for project P26-413 - Lake St. Service Centre Truck Bay Floor and Roof Replacement. Phase 1 of the project involved the replacement of two service bays, which has already been completed under a previously awarded contract. The work covered under this RFPQ represents Phase 2 of the project, which includes the replacement of the concrete floor slab in two additional service bays and the replacement of the roof over the two-storey portion of the administration area. The detailed scope of work will be provided in the forthcoming Contract Documents issued as part of the subsequent Request for Tender. |
