The City of St. Catharines is compiling a Vendor of Record roster of contractors to perform emergency repairs and/or replacement, on an as-required basis, of water, wastewater and stormwater systems including but not limited to Sanitary Sewer Main, Sewer Lateral, Storm Sewer, Water Main and Water Service work.
