The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the management, procurement and installation of approximately 1300 gateway speed signs (40 km/h area begins and 40 km/h area ends), at various locations throughout the City of St. Catharines, on entry and exit from all side streets that intersect arterial or collector roads (inclusive of signs, supports, banding and any other items needed to complete install).
