The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the full road reconstruction on Parnell Road from Vine Street to Niagara Street including replacement of watermain, spot repairs of sanitary sewers, and culvert relining. Road reconstruction work includes replacement of concrete curbs and gutters, sidewalks and asphalt structure.
