This Request for Pre-Qualification (the “RFPQ”) is an invitation by the City of St. Catharines to prospective Respondents to submit responses for inclusion on the roster for the provision of Geotechnical services and the roster for Material Inspection and Testing services, as well as excess soil documentation, for the City’s construction projects for a three (3) year term (2026, 2027, 2028) with an option in the City’s sole discretion, to extend the term (without any other change in the Agreement) for one (1) additional period of up to one (1) year, as further described in the RFPQ document. This RFPQ will create two (2) rosters. One roster will be for Material Inspection/Testing Services and Excess Soil Documentation. The second roster will be for Geotechnical Investigations and Associated Reports. Bidders may be included on either or both rosters.
