Description: 

The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for the supply and delivery of all labor, equipment and materials necessary for the Seymour-Hannah Sports and Entertainment Centre Lighting Upgrade.  Scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

.1 Removal and replacement of the existing interior lighting as indicated in electrical drawings.
.2 Supply and installation of surge protection devices including wiring/conduits as indicated in electrical drawings.
.3 Completing any documentation, forms, disposal certificates etc. to be provided to IESO for ‘Save on Energy Retrofit Program’ incentive.
.4 Coordination with City’s design and construction department for construction phasing, including:
     (a) Completion of a staging management plan to be submitted to City for approval, prior to commencing work. Staging management plan must include irregular business hours in order to meet the construction schedule and deadlines.

 

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 240 St. Paul Street West, on Tuesday, August 30th, at 10:00:00 AM.
