The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting prospective consulting service providers to submit proposals to review the City's newly formed Municipal Works Department in addition to other departments with mobile workforces and large operational teams as further described in the RFP documents. This invitation is in response to the creation of the "Audit and Accountability Fund" by the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing for large urban municipalities and school boards to conduct service delivery and administrative expenditure reviews, with the goal of finding efficiencies while protecting important front-line services.
