Scope of work includes the removal and replacement of the existing rooftop HVAC equipment and boilers, as well as implementing additional air conditioning and ventilation. The work also consists of all associated architectural, mechanical, electrical and structural work. Bid Documents will be made available on line. Bidders must register on the City’s website: https://stcatharines.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en in order to receive addenda. In order to submit a bid, bidders must purchase the Bid Forms from the Transportation and Environmental Services Department, City Hall, 50 Church Street, St. Catharines, Ontario, on payment of a non-refundable fee of $35.74 (31.63 plus H.S.T.), and will be available for pickup after 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday April 4, 2017. There will be a mandatory pre-bid site meeting on Tuesday April 11, 2017 at 10:00 am at the site, 7 Park Avenue, St. Catharines. |
