The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the construction of a new permanent two-way roadway connection between Parkside Drive and Northrup Crescent. The work includes new road structure including asphalt surface, concrete curbs and gutters and sidewalks, grading and drainage improvements, installation and connection of 200mm diameter watermain, landscaping and minor street lighting improvements.
