This Request for Pre-Qualification to a Vendor of Record Arrangement (VOR) (the “RFPQ”) is an invitation by the City of St. Catharines to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for inclusion on the roster for the provision of consulting engineering services for the City’s projects for a three (3) year term (2026, 2027, 2028) with an option in the City’s sole discretion, to extend the term (without any other change in the Agreement) for one (1) additional period of up to one (1) year, as further described in the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
