Work for this Contract includes the wholesale removal of the existing concrete topping and waterproofing, repair of any delaminated concrete, installation of new waterproofing, concrete topping and drains for the podium deck. The plaza rehabilitation involves the removal of all flat concrete surfaces, preparation of new base, placement of new cast in place concrete, catch basins and soft landscaping. ***Plans, specifications and tender forms will be available for pickup starting on Tuesday, February 25, 2014*** ***A Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Catharine’s Centennial Library located at 54 Church Street, St. Catharines, Ontario. Bidders shall meet at the front entrance. This meeting is mandatory for all bidders intending to submit a bid and acting as the prime contractor for this project*** |
