This contract is for the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the flushing and cleaning of approximately 100,000 meters of sanitary and combined sewers throughout the City of St. Catharines.

The work also includes 200 hours for the flushing and cleaning of sewers on the City's Annual flushing program.

Additionally, this work includes the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and material necessary for vacuum cleaning of 17 Oil Grit separators located throughout the City. These devices are to be cleaned in November 2017.

Provisionally, the contract includes the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and material necessary for the cleaning, reaming and CCTV inspection (as per NASSCO's PACP) of approximately 9,000 meters of sanitary and combined sewers (up to 600mm in diameter), in various locations within the City of St. Catharines. The CCTV work includes the supply of digital video inspections with reports fully describing the condition of the sewer.

The form of tender may be picked up at the City of St Catharines, Transportation and Environmental Services Department, 50 Church St, St. Catharines, Ontario, on Tuesday June 20, 2017 after 12:00 p.m., upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $35.74 (includes H.S.T.).
