Scope of work for this Contract consists of the following: demolition of the existing Fire Station, construction of the new administration building, Construction of new parking areas, including new sanitary and storm sewer, water, hydro and gas services.

Specifications and drawings may be downloaded free of charge from the City of St. Catharines https://stcatharines.bidsandtenders.ca, on Tuesday May 30, 2017 however in order to be eligible to submit a bid Tenderers must register, and purchase the Form of Tender from the City of St Catharines.  The form of tender may be picked up at the City of St Catharines, Transportation and Environmental Services Department, 50 Church Street, St. Catharines, Ontario, on Tuesday May 30, 2017, upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $35.74 (includes H.S.T.). Tender documents may also be viewed at the same location.

There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Site Visit and Meeting for Bidders which will be held at the site located at 431 Queenston Street, St. Catharines, on Thursday, June 8th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. unauthorized site visits will not be permitted.
