The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for Dalhousie House Retaining Wall and Stair Restoration. Scope of work includes:

.1 Removal of the existing steel stair system
.2 Dismantling and storing of the existing stones from the retaining wall
.3 Construction of new poured in place concrete stairs.
.4 Construction of new poured in place concrete retaining wall.
.5 Re-assembly of existing stones in front of new concrete retaining wall.
