Scope of work for this Contract includes the following. Temporary hoarding, fencing and all other means and equipment required to separate the contractor’s site during operations from the public. Removal and disposal of existing portions of the metal roofing including all associated components as noted on the drawings and specifications. Removal and temporary storage of existing snow guards for reinstallation on new roof. Supply and installation of new waterproofing membrane, metal roofing and all accessories. Reinstallation of existing snow guards.

Specifications and drawings will be made available for download free of charge on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 from the City of St. Catharines at https://stcatharines.bidsandtenders.ca however, in order to be eligible to submit a bid Tenderers must register and purchase the Form of Tender documents from the City of St Catharines. The form of tender may be picked up at the City of St Catharines, Transportation and Environmental Services Department, 50 Church St, St. Catharines, Ontario, on Wednesday April 19, 2017 after 1:00 p.m., upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $35.74 (includes H.S.T.).

There will be a Mandatory pre-bid site meeting on Tuesday April 25, 2017 at 10:00 am at the site, 91 King Street, St. Catharines.
