The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for Parks Renewal for Burgoyne Woods Park and Alex McKenzie Park. Scope of work includes:

Burgoyne Woods Park:

Supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the removal of an existing playground and supply and installation of a new playground complete with concrete sidewalks, accessible parking, furniture, and shade structure.  The contractor shall coordinate with the City awarded playground equipment and shade structure supplier, Openspace Solutions Inc. Additionally, the contractor shall provide all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the supply and installation of a new eight court pickleball complex complete with concrete sidewalks, fencing, a parking lot expansion, furniture, and shade structure.

Alex McKenzie Park:

Supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the removal of an existing playground, sport court, and perimeter park fencing and supply and installation of a new sports court and playground complete with concrete sidewalks, furniture, and associated fencing. The contractor shall coordinate with the City awarded playground equipment and shade structure supplier, Park N Play Deign Co. Ltd.
