Scope of work includes all labour and materials required for the replacement of ice pad #2 and #3, removal and reinstatement of the existing dashboard systems, modification and improvement to the mechanical piping for the refrigeration and underfloor heating and replacement of the underfloor heating.

Specifications and drawings may be downloaded free of charge from the City of St. Catharines https://stcatharines.bidsandtenders.ca, However, in order to be eligible to submit a bid Tenderers must register and purchase the Form of Tender from the City of St Catharines. The form of tender with submission envelopes must be picked up at the City of St Catharines, Transportation and Environmental Services Department, 50 Church Street, St. Catharines, Ontario, on payment of a Non-refundable fee of $122.52 incl. H.S.T., and will be available for pickup on Wednesday February 22, 2017.

There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid site meeting for General Contractors on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the site, 240 St. Paul Street West, St. Catharines.  Unauthorized site visits will not be permitted, it is strongly encouraged that all interested contractors attend this meeting.  The following trades are pre-qualified to bid on this project: General Contractors, Refrigeration Contractors, Dasherboard Contractors and Electrical Contractors.
