Scope of work includes all labour and materials required for the renovations and alterations to Lake Street Service Centre, including but not limited to the internal renovations of administration, stores, forestry, foreman, and vehicle repair areas, the addition of an elevator, exterior façade repairs, installation of skylights and replacement of the roof on Bay 1 and the replacement of all associated Mechanical, Electrical and Security systems.

Plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained from the Transportation and Environmental Services Department, City Hall, 50 Church Street, St. Catharines, Ontario, on payment of a non-refundable fee of $122.52 including H.S.T., and will be available for pickup on Monday February 13, 2017.

There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid site meeting for General Contractors on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the site, 383 Lake Street, St. Catharines.  Unauthorized site visits will not be permitted, it is strongly encouraged that all interested contractors attend this meeting. The bidders shall meet at the main entrance at 383 Lake St.
