The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting Licensed Architects or Professional Engineers, registered in the Province of Ontario, to submit proposals as the Prime Consultant for Project ST20-019 – Building Condition Assessments Phase 1 – Consulting Services as further described in the RFP documents.
