The City of St. Catharines is requesting bids for work to undertake replacement of the traffic topping at the Garden Street entrance and the Carlisle Street entrance, as well as localized areas of traffic topping areas on the upper parking levels at the Carlisle Street parking facility. Plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained from the Transportation and Environmental Services Department, City Hall, 50 Church Street, St. Catharines, Ontario, on payment of a non-refundable fee of $35.00 including H.S.T., and will be available for pickup after 12:00p.m. on Friday July 29, 2016. A mandatory combined site visit and meeting for Bidders will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. Unauthorized site visits will not be permitted. The bidders shall meet at the front entrance of the Carlisle Street Parking Garage located at 71 Carlisle Street, St. Catharines, Ontario. |
