Scope of work for this Contract consists of providing Design Build Services for a new Bus Repair Bay Addition consisting of a structural steel framed building with conventional foundations and exterior pre-cast concrete walls, mechanical and electrical systems, pavements and associated site works.

Specifications and drawings may be downloaded free of charge from the City of St. Catharines https://stcatharines.bidsandtenders.ca, however in order to be eligible to submit a bid Tenderers must register, and purchase the Form of Tender from the City of St Catharines.  The form of tender may be picked up at the City of St Catharines, Transportation and Environmental Services Department, 50 Church Street, St. Catharines, Ontario, after noon on Thursday August 17th, 2017, upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $35.74 (includes H.S.T.). Tender documents may also be viewed at the same location.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid site visit and meeting on Tuesday August 22nd, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Catharines Transit Commission Building located at 2012 First Street Louth, R.R. #3, St. Catharines, Ontario.
